Wow another year has come and gone so you know what that means - it's time to revisit the most popular Retro Saturday Morning cartoons from 2022. When compiling this list one thing became clear, all of you really love cartoons that feature action, adventure, science fiction and super heroes. There aren't any cute rabbits or ducks in this list (but there is Moose and Squirrel). Everything here ranges from jungle girls and rockin Goolies  to damn dirty apes.  So without further ado here are the most viewed Retro Saturday Morning cartoons from the past year! 10. Jana of the Jungle in The Cordillera Volcano (1978) Jana must rescue a group of miners that are trapped by a volcano that is about to erupt. Hong Kong Phooey (ABC)(1974) ( 138 Votes ) Hong Kong Phooey was in reality mild-mannered Penrod Pooch, janitor at the police station (which put him in a good position to know when his help was needed). Whenever he overheard a call to action, Penry would dive into a filing cabinet where he would change into his colorful karate outfit, then hop into his Phooeymobile (which, like the van driven by The Amazing Chan's progeny, could be transformed into whatever conveyance was needed), and, accompanied by his faithful cat Spot, sally forth to right whatever wrongs needed righting.
