Godzilla vs Kong Trailer: Two Of The Greatest Movie Monsters Battling To The Death!

Image
I like many of you are just getting to view the new trailer for Godzilla vs Kong and I can say is Wow! The film looks like a major battle to the death between to of the greatest monsters in movie history.  Or is it? (more on that in second) I think this clip speaks for itself: That clip was provided to me by Warner Bros so I want to give them a special shout out. Now more about what we see here. ( POTENTIAL SPOILER ALERT!!!! ) In the trailer we see Godzilla on a rampage destroying everything in his path and apparently Kong has been kidnapped from his island home to stop him. We hear in the clip that everyone is confused as to why The King of monsters is doing this? I have a theory on this. It's not Godzilla that Kong is fighting. Over the past few years it has been leaked the Mechagodzilla will be in this film. If that is indeed true, then it is likely that the Godzilla we see acting a runaway locomotive could actually be his robot double. If this is true than the it would al...

“IRL has such a great energy so we knew we wanted to create a performance video," says the band's lead vocalist Natti Shiner. “It feels like we are living in a virtual reality right now and we kinda wanted to mirror that idea with the illustrated parts of the set. Our bedrooms have become a safe haven in this time, a place to be creative and a space to reflect."    Fickle Friends are an English indie pop band from Brighton, East Sussex, England. The band formed in 2013, and is made up of Natassja Shiner (vocals, keyboard), Harry Herrington (bass, backing vocals), Sam Morris (drums) and Jack Wilson (keyboards). The band recorded their debut album in Los Angeles with Mike Crossey and it w...

Retro Toys From The Super Groovy 70s: Shogun Warriors

Image
Written By: Ken Hulsey Imagine being a preteen boy in the late 1970s when Mattel unleashes a series of three-foot-tall Japanese robots that shoot missiles out of their fingers upon a generation that had just begun to discover quirky Asian sci fi via afternoon and late-night movie features (Godzilla, Gamera and Ultraman). Everyone I knew had to have one of these toys. Number one, they were huge, and two they fired stuff across the room. In a pre video game America this was the pinnacle of cool toys and it gave my generation the ability to wage giant robot wars in our living room. Insert some HO scale model train buildings and some Hot Wheels cars and you could recreate any scene from a Japanese movie ... if you imagination was good enough. After the toys initially were introduced, Mattel inserted Godzilla and soon Rodan to the toy line, taking the product to a whole new level. The somewhat smaller Godzilla figure was an instant hit, and every kid had one at the top of their Christ...

In Case You Missed It: Government Declassifies Hundreds of UFO Documents

Image
Before I get into the latest dump of CIA documents pertaining to UFOs I want to share a collection of NSA (National Security Agency) documents that pertain mostly to a reported sighting over Iran in the mid 1970s in which an Air Force F4 Phantom jet lost all instrumentation and communications upon approaching (25 miles distance) a brilliantly colored object. A lot of the documents on the NSA site are in poor condition and are pretty much unreadable yet there is enough here for a good afternoon of browsing through. Here is a blurb that appears at the bottom of the page: These historical documents are PDF images of formerly classified carbon paper and reports that have been declassified. Due to the age and poor quality of some of the PDF images, a screen reader may not be able to process the images into word documents. In accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, individuals may request that the government provide auxiliary aids or services to ensure...
