"Overkill":

Mister Fantastic runs a number of physiological test on Wundarr, determining that there is a limit to the amount of energy he can store. This is dramatically proven by an explosion. Nearby, Daredevil witnesses the explosion and learns it's source. Later he stops by and visits Foggy Nelson and Shanna O'Hara, who tells Daredevil about the Black Spectre's involvement in her father's death. Daredevil -- as Matt Murdock -- attends a play with Candace Nelson, during which two of the actors die, victims of Black Spectre.
Having returned home from the Savage Land, Peter decides to go web-slinging across the city. He happens upon a protest being organized by Randy Robertson against the Daily Bugle and it's lack of reporting about the "ordinary man". This gains the ire of J. Jonah Jameson, who's paper has spoke out for Civil Rights for years. His quick temper almost incites a riot, and Jameson has to be pulled out of there Spider-Man. The ungrateful Jameson tries to take a swing at the wall-crawler, so Spidey leaves him hanging from a post for his troubles.
Guest-starring Power Man, Crystal, and Quicksilver
The High Priest of Zor has come to the Scarlet Witch's house to retrieve the Idols of Zor (last seen in Power Man and Iron Fist 102). However Wanda has hidden the idols on top of the World Trade Center in New York City. And that is where Power Man, Quicksilver, the Vision, and the Scarlet Witch have their showdown with the High Priest of Zor and his demons!
Following his defeat at the hands of the new Vulture, Peter returns to his apartment which he shares with Harry Osborn. His health hasn't improved for the better and forces himself to rest up until he gets better. He is visited by his Aunt May, Mary Jane, and Gwen Stacy while he's recuperating. Meanwhile, hearing of the Vulture's defeat of Spider-Man, Kraven becomes furious that he was denied his right to defeat the wall-crawler and vows to hunt down this new Vulture and make him pay.
Thor is in Asia trying to stop the conquest of the Demon, an Asian witch doctor who's strength has been enhanced by a Norn Stone. As the two battle, it becomes clear that their strength is evenly matched, and wanting to avoid defeat, the Demon demands that his soldiers attack Thor with a captured cannon. Thor, noticing that their weapon is more powerful than they suspect, prepares to stop it before they can unleash it's power.
